Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of Reward ID. By creating an account you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not register.
1. What Reward ID is
Reward ID is a free loyalty programme for people who already bet with our partner brands. You earn XP, ranks, credits and prizes for activity you carry out at those brands after connecting to them through Reward ID.
We are not a bookmaker, a casino or a payment institution. We do not accept bets, we do not hold your money and we never place a wager on your behalf. Every bet you make is a contract between you and the brand you make it with, under that brand's own terms.
Reward ID costs nothing. You never pay us, and you never have to deposit anywhere to keep an account with us.
2. Who may register
You must be at least 18 years old, or older if the legal gambling age where you live is higher. We may ask you to prove your age at any time and will close accounts we cannot verify.
You may hold one account only. A second account — under another email address, another name or on another device — breaches these terms, and both accounts may be closed.
You must give us the country you actually live in. Sponsor deals are licensed country by country, so a false country hands you an offer the brand cannot legally accept, and the account you open there can be voided by that brand.
You may not use Reward ID if you have self-excluded from gambling, are on a national exclusion register, or are barred by a partner brand. Do not use us to find your way back to a brand you have excluded yourself from.
3. Your account
You register with an email address and a password. Keep the password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
Give us an email address you can actually read. It is how we reach you about payments, prizes and problems with your account.
Your Reward ID (for example ID-2308-124) and your invite code are public identifiers. Your email address is never shown to other members.
You can correct your country in Settings. Every change is logged with its date and who made it, because your country decides which sponsors you are shown and how your season activity counts.
4. Partner brands and tracking
You connect to a sponsor by opening it through Reward ID. That is the only way the brand can be told that the account is yours; an account you open on your own, from somewhere else, cannot be linked afterwards except in the cases described on the brand page.
Which brands you see depends on your country. The list changes as deals begin and end, and a brand leaving the programme does not remove what you have already earned.
Activity is reported to us by the brand — we do not measure it ourselves. Reporting can be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong. If something is missing, file a report from your profile and we will take it up with the brand.
Your relationship with a brand — deposits, bonuses, withdrawals, verification, responsible-gambling limits — is governed by that brand's terms. We cannot overturn a brand's decision about your account with them.
5. Credits, XP and ranks
Credits are the programme's internal unit. They have no value outside Reward ID, cannot be transferred between members, and are not money you hold with us.
Every grant, spend, refund and correction is a recorded ledger entry. Where an entry was made in error we may reverse it, which can leave your balance lower than it was — or negative, if you had already spent the credits.
Credits can be spent in the shop, converted into a cash payment at the rate for your rank, or taken as betting credit at a partner brand.
Season standings, XP and rank rewards are provisional until the season is closed and the underlying data has been reconciled with the brands. We may adjust an award before it is paid where the activity behind it turns out not to have happened.
6. Payments and prizes
A payment is a request, not a transfer. Every payout is handled by hand: your credits are debited when you file the request, and the money is sent afterwards.
The € value of a request is fixed the moment you make it, at the rate for your rank at that moment. A later rank change does not alter a request that is already in.
Bank and crypto details must be your own. We do not pay a third party, and we may ask you to prove the account belongs to you before sending anything.
We may hold or refuse a payment while an account is under review, and we will tell you when we do. A rejected request refunds the credits it spent.
Any tax owed on what you receive from us is yours to declare and pay.
7. Invites and referral rewards
Your invite code is yours to share. You earn a reward when someone you invited registers and becomes a qualifying member on the terms shown on your invite page.
A referral reward is held for a qualification period before it can be paid, so the activity behind it has time to settle.
You may not invite yourself. Accounts sharing a device, an IP address or payment details with their inviter are treated as self-referral and pay nothing.
Buying referrals, spamming, or misrepresenting Reward ID or a sponsor to win them — including paid ads that imitate us or a brand — voids the rewards.
8. Fair play and fraud
To keep the programme fair we record the IP address, the browser user agent and a device fingerprint of every registration and every login, and we compare them across accounts. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what that means.
Where the signals suggest one person behind several accounts, a referral chain pointing back at itself, or reward volume out of line with the activity behind it, the account is flagged for review. A flag on its own changes nothing; a confirmed case can mean a freeze, forfeited credits and closure.
Do not use a VPN or a proxy to appear in a country you do not live in. It does not unlock a sponsor for you — it voids the account you open with them.
We may suspend an account while a review runs. If we get it wrong, write to us and we will put it right.
9. Seasons, quests and the jackpot
Seasons, competitions, quests and the jackpot run on the rules published in the app when they start. Prize pools, thresholds and rewards can change between seasons.
Leaderboard positions are provisional until a season is closed. Where a technical fault shows a prize, a balance or a position that was never earned, we may correct it, and we will explain the correction.
Prizes are paid to the member who won them and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
10. Availability
Reward ID is provided as it is. Features can be added, changed or withdrawn, and the service can be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
We do not promise that any particular brand, quest, prize or payout method will stay available.
11. Ending your membership
You can stop using Reward ID at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [legal@example.com]. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and forfeit credits and unpaid prizes obtained through a confirmed breach.
Closing an account does not cancel a payment already sent, or an obligation either of us still owes the other.
12. Liability
We are not liable for your gambling losses, for a brand's decisions about your account with them, or for money a brand does not pay you.
Where a reward fails to track, our responsibility is to investigate with the brand and to grant what the evidence supports. We cannot guarantee an outcome.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
13. Responsible gambling
Reward ID rewards activity that would have happened anyway. Nothing here is a reason to bet more, and nothing you can win from us is worth chasing a loss for.
If gambling stops being fun, use the deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion tools at your brand, or contact a support service in your country. Tell us and we will close your Reward ID account as well.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it took effect at the top.
Where a change materially affects you we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Continuing to use Reward ID after that means you accept the new version.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction], and its courts have jurisdiction — without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
Write to us and we will answer within 30 days.
